What we learned about human behavior in this myth, is to swallow your pride or don't be cocky. Like how Arachne said " If Athene herself were to come down and compete with me, she would do no better then I". Meaning that she (Arachne) can do better in weaving thread to cloth.

Which she was also teasing Athene that she challenged her to a contest but she will not come on line 50 which sounds lie she's saying Athene is scared.

This Myth teach other's that it's not good to think that your better than others. Therefore Arachne learns her lesson not to think that she's better than other. Because she doesn't know anything about the other person.

  1. We agree with you that she shouldnt think about herself in that way because its not right to put other down .

  2. We agree with your team that the myth teaches us to swallow your pride or don't be cocky. The myth "Arachne" stated that Athene turned Arachne into a spider because of what Arachne did. Athene then told her that she shouldn't claim equality with the Gods.

  3. Thanks, this helped me through my Caronavirus quarentine homework. We have to read myths and stories and answer their questions in the close reader.
